Welding Engineer
Mino Automation USA Inc is hiring welding engineers. The welding engineer will be responsible for the joining processes related to system integrations of automotive industry, mainly BIW and Tier one.
- Employ extensive knowledge of physics, engineering, metallurgy, materials, welding, and standards to design, examine, and evaluate welds/joints as well as to plan, supervise, and document welding/joining operations in accordance with relevant codes, contracts or drawings.
- These joining processes include resistance spot welding, laser welding, SPR (Self-piercing riveting), Clinching, adhesive, FDS (Flow Drill Screw) and MIG welding for steel, Boron-treated steel and aluminum.
- Integrate and commission joining processes either in house or at customer sites.
- Work closely with customers to make sure the joining processes in a production line can be up to speed ASAP.
- The location will be either in our Headquarters in auburn hills, MI or our branch in Austin, TX
Operations Research Analyst
Mino Automation USA, Inc. seeks Operations Research Analyst. Master’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related field required.
Job duties:
- Use analytical skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects;
- Analyze project operations information and define project operational problems, manage changes in project operations, resources, scope, schedule and costs;
- Work with project managers to identify and solve problems, learn and analyze alternative solutions, and present recommendations to management;
- Perform risk analysis and risk management to minimize project operations risks.
Salary: $78,312/year

Information Engineer
Work on the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and data centers. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Implement and enforce security policies to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and availability. Configure network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, patch management, and software updates. Optimize database performance and ensure data security with access controls and encryption. Monitor performance, optimize SQL queries, and ensure compliance with regulations. Primary worksite is Auburn Hills MI, but relocation is possible. Req: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related with 3 months experience as Systems or Information Engineer or Technology Assistant or related.
